Responsibilities
- Regulated Market Penetration: Execute targeted customer development strategies for high-value markets including the US, Europe, Japan, and Korea; achieve breakthroughs with benchmark-tier large pharmaceutical clients.
- CDMO Project Pipeline: Deeply explore opportunities in cutting-edge pharmaceutical sectors; drive the conversion of R&D-stage projects into scaled commercial manufacturing.
- Core Product Expansion: Identify and develop new end-customers for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) intermediates; mitigate risks associated with customer concentration.
- Intelligent Marketing: Leverage AI and digital tools for global pharmaceutical trend analysis and precise client profiling; enhance new customer acquisition efficiency through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical international trade; proven track record of successfully developing end-customer pharmaceutical companies in Europe/US or "Belt and Road" countries from zero to one.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from 985/211 universities in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Fluent English as working language; excellent cross-cultural business negotiation capabilities.
- Competency: Deep understanding of full CDMO lifecycle management; ability to evolve from reactive quoting to "value partner" providing solutions.
