Product Description

Phosphine ligands are the most popular Pd ligands in both the laboratory and industry. aMPhos, CAS No. 932710-63-9, is one of the phosphine ligand in metal catalysts, and is also used as OLED material intermediate. It can be synthesized from 4-chloro-N,N-dimethylaniline (CAS No. 698-69-1).

The aMPhos ligand's unique structure provides excellent stability and strong coordination properties, enabling its extensive use with transition metals. Creating aMPhos-containing complexes involves a straightforward reaction between the ligand and transition metal salts. The resulting compounds demonstrate remarkable stability under challenging conditions, including elevated temperatures and oxygen exposure, making them particularly valuable for industrial applications.

203787-91-1

When used as metal catalysts such as PdCl2(aMPhos)2 (CAS No. 887919-35-9; refer to the structure above), it can catalyze the following reactions, for example:

- Buchwald-Hartwig Cross Coupling

- Heck Reaction

- Hiyama Coupling

- Negishi Coupling

- Sonigashira Coupling

- Stille Coupling

- Suzuki-Miyaura Coupling

Unibest CDMO Center (Shanghai) is now offering a stable production of phosphine ligand aMPhos with monthly outcome of 200 kg.
