Throughout his career, John has demonstrated exceptional prowess in various aspects of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. From his early days as a GMP specialist at a Roche-merged company in New Zealand to his role as a senior scientist and principal project leader at Douglas Pharmaceutical, John has consistently driven innovation and excellence. His international experience expanded during his tenure as a technical marketing director at Wako-Fuji Film Japan, where he honed his skills in product commercialization and market strategy.

John's leadership capabilities truly shone as he took on increasingly senior roles, including Chief Business Representative for Asia Pacific at CrownBio, Senior Director of Global Business Development and Marketing at Wuxi Biologics, and Chief Commercial Officer at Shanghai Cell Therapy Group. These positions allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the global biotech landscape and refine his operational management skills.
