This product, p-SCN-Bn-DOTA, is a bi-functional chelator of DOTA derivative. As a bi-functional chelator, it has been investigated to form a conjugate with long chain fatty acid for myocardial metabolic imaging agents. The DOTA part chelates Ga-67, and the SCN functional group reacts with a modified primary amine on long chain fatty acids for conjugation.
