Product Description

In the ROS published by Teva, CAS No. 1346623-11-7 is chlorinated to form CAS No. 2969217-10-3, which reacts with CAS No. 65934-74-9 to generate Avacopan API.

In the lab scale, the synthesis of this product is hindered by the hydrogenation step, which requires multiple reactors. However, under industrial scale, the hydrogenation step can be efficiently processed at the manufacturing site.
